All the ways you can read Yello
Culture, branding, and visual rhetoric play an important role in shaping our politics, but they’re not covered as frequently or critically as I think they should be. There’s so much news about what politicians say with their words. It’s time to pay attention to what they say with their images too.
Yello is free because I believe it’s important for people to have access to journalism regardless of their ability to pay. However, to fund my work I’m offering readers a paid subscription called the Yello Field Guide, and will also sell occasional limited-edition zines and prints of some of my articles.
Here are all the ways you can read Yello:
Free subscription:
Weekly Yello newsletter
Occasional public articles
Paid Yello Field Guide subscription:
Weekly Yello newsletter
Occasional public articles
Exclusive articles available only to Yello Field Guide subscribers
Access to the full Yello archive
The ability to post comments on articles
A Yello Field Guide subscriptions costs $6.75/month, but I’m offering a special inaugural week sale of 20% off for an annual subscription this week.
Limited-edition zine of Yello’s inaugural issue:
24-page print zine that includes stories from the inaugural issue
I may or may not have ordered a bunch of Yello stickers
The limited-edition zine costs $12.
Independent journalism isn’t possible without readers like you. If you believe in Yello’s mission to cover the culture, branding, and visual rhetoric of politics in America, I’d love to have your support.
